At The Village Ritual Coffee Co., we want your coffee to arrive fresh and ready for your next ritual.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Cost

Coffee orders include free standard shipping within the United States. Merchandise may have separate shipping terms or rates shown at checkout.

Processing & Fulfillment

Our coffee is freshly prepared and fulfilled by our roasting partner. Please allow time for your order to be processed before shipment. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after fulfillment and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Separate Shipments

Coffee and merchandise may be fulfilled by different partners. If your order contains multiple types of products, you may receive your items in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Village Ritual Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with the carrier and others at your delivery location first. If you still need assistance, reach out and we’ll help determine the next step.
